What a robbery.
I sold the item via MFN, I shipped the item at the end of the day and provided its tracking number. When I got home the customer cancellet the order. What is more Amazon gave the customer the refund.
So the customer has got my product and my money. Amazon is telling me to talk and pray to the customer to ask him to return me the item.
This is a robbery in a daylight. Do you have any idea how to fight foe justice?

Had you marked it as shipped before they cancelled? normally with MFN you'd get a cancellation request and can answer that with already shipped

Raise a Safe-T Claim if possible.
Email the Buyer and inform how to return the item as unwanted, email a pre-paid postage label, that way likely to get it back.
If you have your phone number on Amazon, you may provide a link to that number to the Buyer.
What shipping method did you use?
Did you deduct after the Buyer cancelled, even though you had posted it and were unaware?
(Use Buy Shipping where possible and at least deduct the order before you post it, then cannot be cancelled)
