No Fulfillment Centers Capable to Receive My Product

Trying to send in product and I received this message; "This product must be removed from the shipment because there are currently no fulfillment centers in the destination country capable of receiving the product." What now??

Hello @Seller_W1tFzATWCqDHQ. Thanks for the heads-up on that blocker sending shipments into Amazon fulfillment centers.

We reached out to our partner team but we are not seeing any systemwide issues that would cause that blocker.

Please open a support case with details on your issue, including the workflow ID. Share that Case ID with me so I can monitor for updates.

Unfortunately this case is so old at this point, that answer no longer applies. This ASIN has been checked in and is still showing the same message if I try to create and new shipment.

This error is showing on most of my ASINs at this point- not just an issue with a singular product.

We are sharing seller reports with our partner teams, and they are investigating whether there are any systemwide issues affecting shipment creation.

One thing that was suggested for you to check is whether you have any existing open shipments with the 'blocked' ASIN(s). That may affect your ability to create additional shipments.

If you are still having issues and share a support Case ID with an existing/uncancelled blocked workflow, I can share it with our partner team for review.
