Help in Review Removal violating Amazon's Policy
We want this review to be removed as its violating amazon's policy. But we are not getting any help from Amazon's support. I have created case with Brand Registry also but they take ages to reply.

Amazon doesn't care what you want!
It's a review and the buyer stated they like another brand better. Tens of thousands of such comparisons all over Amazon.

The policy states
Violations to Customer Reviews policies include: A seller posts a review of their own product or their competitor's product.
The review is from a buyer and contains a comparison to another Brand/Company and is therefore a legitimate review.
The review is not by a seller, a review of that sellers product or that sellers competitors product.
The review does not contain a review of another product as it contains no information about that product. In fact it doesnt even mentoin the products name or what it does, only the Brand/Company that makes it.
