Problem with easy ship order
i am selling some items using easy ship service.
if i get an order for multiple quantity, the items weight will be over 20 kg which is over the easy ship limit of 20 kg but still the order is coming under easy ship not self ship and i am unable to ship it.
the only solution as per the Amazon support team is to contact the customer to cancel the order and reorder the items in seperate orders!
is there anyway to avoid this kind of problem and how to make the orders over 20 kg come under the self ship?

Excellent question! I have the same issue.
For now I have limited the maximum number of items a customer can order so that it does not go above 20kg. But this is not really the perfect solution.
I agree with you that there should be a mechanism where the order will automatically switch to self-ship if the total weight or volume exceeds the Easy Ship limitations.
