Have you tried to open a case with Seller Support?

In your Seller Central account just head to the top right corner, click "Help," then "Get Help and resources," and search for "Inventory missing from inbound (ILAC/MFI/Warehouse Management System)."

In your Seller Central account just head to the top right corner, click "Help," then "Get Help and resources," and search for "Inventory missing from inbound (ILAC/MFI/Warehouse Management System)."
