Can't do anything without this cookie message
Hi,
Trying to go through an entity change (the account technically isn't changing hands, we've just changed company name, bank etc), I finally thought we were getting somewhere yesterday after months of issues with it. Have gone on to check today and every page I go to, even the help page, says this and it's just blank white

I've deleted cookies just in case. Sometimes if I click on a page it'll come up with the message
"Invalid Charge Method
You must update your existing credit card information or add a new credit card to regain full access to this seller account."
I did this yesterday but whatever, can do it again but when I press "View Charge Method", to update the card I get the above cookie message.
Tried a different browser and same thing.
Any ideas?

Might have asked a bit premature.
Got back in, but had to fill out the primary contact/beneficial owner section and resubmit for verification.
One of these days, we'll be back on Amazon even though we got the emails this morning saying we were back verified and bank/charge method was fine....

I genuinely don't know what else I can do. They got an answer the first time around over a week ago!
Years on Amazon all down the pan because of this. I've asked a hundred times how do I complain, so I'm asking again, how do I complain? This is ridiculous!
