Amazon says they never received my lost shipment even though I provided proof of delivery including a signature from Amazon.
My shipment was delivered to the SNA4 warehouse on October 11th and was scheduled to be delivered by my carrier to the LAS6 warehouse, but Amazon sent a transfer notice to my carrier that the shipment was supposed to be transferred to the SNA4 warehouse, the Amazon driver went to the warehouse and picked up the shipment, my carrier received the POD (which included the signature of the driver on Amazon's side), but now the entire shipment is missing. I provided the POD and Proof of inventory ownership, but Amazon says they never received the shipment. I'm frustrated with Amazon's initiatives in this regard, we couldn't even submit proof after the shipment had just reached the date where we could initiate an investigation, Amazon had already shown on their page that the investigation was complete (I don't think they even did a more in-depth investigation), and we had to open a separate case to resolve the issue, but Amazon's response was mechanical and repetitive, saying they didn't receive it, I hope some professional staff can come and help me to solve this problem, thanks.

And after I created the case the Amazon page said it would get back to me within 3 days, but more than 10 days have gone by and no one cares
