copyright infringement

We are a manufacturer company and have our brand. We have also brand registration in Amazon. But we got "copyright infringement" from the same company twice. The first time we supply all documents about our brand and registration to amazon they accepted and reactived our products. But after a month the same company claimed the same copyright infringement again and our account have the risk of deactivation. I would like to know why we couldn't solve this problem? I need more help.

As you mentioned, you had previously appealed a similar concern from the same rights owner. The question I have would be is if the complaints are similar or if they were for different reasons?

I would advise showing proof of compliance with our copyright policy. Are you the owner of the copyright materials associated to your product and listing?

Have you already appealed the situation, if so what did you provide as proof?
