We submitted a copyright infringement complaint, which was accepted. We have artwork that has been copied all over Amazon. We've taken down 20+ listings of the same artwork that I created. Some have even copied our Etsy listing exactly, using screenshots of our listing images as their own. One complaint was counterclaimed, and we are prepared to take legal steps to get it taken down. The contact information provided is entirely incorrect and false. The email address uses a known Chinese URL. The address does not follow a standard US address and is just random letters (no spaces) for the full character limit. I called the phone number, and it's invalid.

The notice says we have 10 days to show notice of filing. I have a copyright pending with the US copyright office. I cannot submit a legal filing unless I have the correct information. How can I get Amazon to stop the reinstatement of the listing until we receive the correct data? Amazon should be checking the contact information before approving a counter-claim. You're the biggest shipper in the US, and you can't verify an address? I can provide proof that this artwork mine and that I own the copyright. Amazon Please Help.
