Missing Items from Inbound
Hello,
I would need help here. My inbound shipping is missing 113 units . I created case earlier but amazon asked to wait until shipment is closed.
II waited until shipment closed and provided the required docs but amazon is saying "After a review of documentation for shipment FBA18KC0J9YZ, we've determined that it doesn't meet one or more of the requirements for acceptance."
I keep asking to guide on what is missing but they keep closing the ticket.
I have sent the invoice which has date of purchase, quantity and other details. Also, have sent POD(highlighted in pg3 my shipment name and weight)) and Apt ID.
Here is my case # kindly help 17376079181 as amazon keeps closing the case. again and again.

I'd be happy to jump in here and assist! After reviewing your case, it appears the Proof of Delivery document was not accepted, because the shipment ID in question is not located on the appointment screenshot that was provided.
Please re-upload the digital screenshot to your case of the delivery appointment, including the shipment ID in question in the screenshot.
Feel free to reply to this thread if you continue to have issues with reimbursement/reconciling your shipment, even after providing this detail to Seller Support.
