Where and how to escalate for seller grivances, Seller support portal not sharing escalation metric.
Hi Amazon,
We are scheduling order pickup every time but no one is reaching out to us
for pickup. Seller support portal people not providing any email or escalation metrics to raise our voice. Kindly help us to understand how and where we can raise our voice as seller if such problem happens ?
Our below listed orders are ready for kept but nobody visited on schedule
for pickup. These are the 2nd and 3rd orders where this is happening.

408-6035773-9669914
We also have requested many times seller central support for another order
408-1101194-2900349 and subsequently, the order was canceled after
multiple reschedules.
Request you to kindly check and suggest if this is happening only to our
order or if some other steps are missing here?

This is another seller from Amazon, You are not doing anything wrong if your address mentioned is valid and if other orders have been picked up on time.
The problem is with EasyShip team, and no matter what, you cannot fix this problem as Amazon has to fix this, but unfortunately Amazon team is way too busy to look at problems faced by sellers who generate 1-20 orders in a day.
The easy solution for this is that you handover the package to the Amazon warehouse{if nearby} or handover the package to another seller selling from near your place.
PS, I had to dispatch 20 orders from Amazon on 15th May 2022 Sunday and 15 were cancelled as Seller Cancelled(As it was A Guaranteed Prime orders) and the rest were picked up on Monday, so it was marked as late dispatched(This happened in 2022 and I got my metrics fixed by speaking with the good for nothing Seller Support, also I apologized to the customers in buyer seller messages, and few did read that and they placed the orders again which was delivered successfully),
So instead of getting the orders cancelled, I reached out to a warehouse just 1Km away and asked them about this, So they were happy to help and said you can keep the packages here, and when the pick up person comes to pick his orders, he will also scan my packages. This helped me a lot. So try to look for this or if possible you can try to schedule the orders in drop off services(If available for your account, currently it's in beta, so very few seller's have that privilege.
