Question for sellers that do FBA and schedule UPS pickups

I do FBA and also work full time.
I m wondering how people in the same situation handle UPS pickups for their parcels going to FBA.
I was using drop off points located in convenience stores etc but the staff dont really like me dropping off parcels there. I think its because of the size of the package. (Approx 16KG 58cm x 40cm x 40 cm. once or twice a week).
So im looking for another solution. I wondering how other sellers manage.?
I wouldnt leave it on the doorstep so im thinking about fitting a keypad lock to an outbuilding and providing the code during the pickup booking. Would UPS do this or are there any other sugestions?

If you schedule a booking online there is small space to write some pickup instructions so you could put the code in there.
When I was doing FBA regularly I used a similar safe solution but I mostly had a regular driver who was happy with this.
Have you thought about asking if you can drop them off at your local depot if it is within a reasonable distance. That maybe easier for you.
