• User Permissions allow you to give controlled access to your account without sharing your login credentials.

Types of Users:

1. Primary Account Users: The account administrator with full access to all account features.
2. Secondary Account Users: Team members invited by the primary user, with customizable access to specific features.
3. Authorized Partners: External contractors or service providers who are granted access via the Authorized Partners tab. These users only see the data you specifically allow.

Tips for Secure Account Management:

• Do not share your password; use User Permissions to provide access instead.
• Assign only the permissions necessary for users to perform their tasks.
• Regularly review user permissions to ensure that former employees or contractors no longer have access.
• Always add external service providers as Authorized Partners, not Secondary Users.
