We recently acquired a wholesale account with a brand that specializes in weight-loss products. The brand has successfully completed all required testing through NSF, an Amazon-approved lab, and I am in the process of submitting the necessary compliance documents.
However, I've been facing consistent challenges in getting a response from the dietary supplement seller support team. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I’ve only received automated replies with no clear resolution.
Has anyone else encountered similar issues when submitting compliance documents for dietary supplements? If so, how did you manage to get in touch with the right team or escalate the issue effectively? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!

Did you acquire it buy legally taking over the company who owned that account? That is somehow under certain circumstances permitted. Any other account transfer is not allowed and you will NOT be able to change the Deposit Method. Means you will never get money.

The most straightforward way to submit compliance documents is through your Account Health dashboard. You'll find the detailed steps in the "Submit information" section here: Submit compliance documents or appeal a documentation request. One important thing to note - the help page mentions that partial submissions aren't accepted, so make sure you have all required documentation ready before submitting.
For dietary supplements specifically, there are some additional requirements you might want to double-check. The help page Additional information for Restricted Products has a helpful section with FDA resources and guidelines for supplement sellers.
If you need any additional certifications beyond what you already have from NSF, Amazon's Service Provider Network can connect you with approved testing providers. This information is mentioned in the "Compliance services" section of the first help page I linked.

We normally submit compliance documents by ASIN when we open it to sell the product.
