Moderator help requested on FBA plan delivered to ORF2 a month ago - not checked in
Can I ask for Moderator assistance on case ID 14106855021. Our FBA shipment was delivered to ORF2 (Richmond, VA via Chesapeake, VA) - 30 DAYS AGO - on 10/3/23 and it has not been checked in. I'm unable to open an investigation online w/in the plan as it has not be "checked in". Seller Support is also unable to escalate the issue for the same reason.
It was delivered via UPS to the Chesapeake, VA offsite location and is awaiting a transfer to ORF2 via a smaller UPS truck. The offsite location does not routinely practice a "first-in, first-out" process. We've had ongoing issues with ORF2 for over a year on EVERY shipment that Amazon directs there. Can we escalate this issue and get our FBA shipment to a "checked-in" status. We would appreciate your help!

Our shipment was delivered to ORF2 38 days ago, and it is still not "Checked-In". Site is 5045 PORTSMOUTH BLVD 23321-1425 - CHESAPEAKE, VA.

Hello @Seller_kCiNUIRTdFM52, I am happy to take a look! I see that the shipment has been delivered but not yet checked in. If the shipment's inventory is not received by November 15, your shipment will be eligible for investigation.
