@Tatiana_Amazon Which department is the appropriate one to report a competitor review attack? I have contacted every department, but no luck. I have already reported each review, but no action has been taken. Could you please look into this matter?

You tagged Tatiana, but your case showed up in my queue. I am not sure what competitor review attack you are talking about. If you want to provide some additional information that would allow me to review the attack, then I would, of course, do so.

Provide them proof of all order numbers. I reckon they will be from same post code. Competitor will have posted positive reviews on their own listing. Ask them to investigate collusive activity.
If you get no help from community-help@amazon.com.au, reach out to the competitor and warn them that you will reach out to ACCC. If still they don't remove reviews, expose the competitor to ACCC and provide them all the proof.
