After video verification no reply at all. Account is active, but funds are on hold.
One months passed since I passed video verification but my funds are still on hold.
I should have received the email with outcome regarding my video interview after 5 days however nothing happened.
I created several cases and they are just being transferred.
I tried to call but, they just help me to create a case and transfer.
I also sent email to seller-reactivation-appeals@amazon.com and there's just silence.
In fact nothing happens, noone knows who can realease my funds. My account health is clean and there's nothing in my performance notification.
Seems that after the interview they just forgot to mark that my funds should be release, and now they are on hold.
I don't really know what to do.
Never thought Amazon may be so incompetent. They just hold my money and don't want to release them.
