Expired product complaint
A customer complaint about the expired product ,As seen in the picture, the product and its expiration date are written right below the production date. I don't know how the customer misread this. I sent this picture to Amazon, and since my products are in FBA inventory, I requested the expiration date of my products in the warehouse to be checked, but as evidence, Amazon asking me of the dialogue with the customer. The customer has not contacted me and I do not have an e-mail address to reach him. What can I do in this case?

Typically proof of compliance including documentation that verifies the expiry dates. Some situations may require additional supporting evidence to validate the shown information. This can commonly include documents like invoices, bill of lading, or proof of the expiry date on the lot.
