FBM sellers--can you provide customers with your own return shipping labels?
I sell fairly large items and Amazon's return shipping labels are EXPENSIVE! On top of that, I receive random chargebacks from the carriers and you have to ask Seller support what those chargebacks are for. Is there a way to provide your own return shipping to customers? Amazon still controls whether or not the return is authorized, but once authorized by amazon, can sellers provide the return shipping labels to customers? Is that possible?

Amazon creates a return label/code while the customer goes through the return request. Nothing you can do to stop that.

Sellers with Professional selling plans also have the option to provide a pre-paid return label if it meets the requirements.
