" Account deactivated help "

The psychics are at a convention on Mars. If you want help you need to provide at least a CLUE as to what happened.

Find the suspension notice and POST THAT (the ENTIRE thing) but remove all personal information first.

Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.

If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.

Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?

NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.

Amazon should change there policy to hold fund I think if account is deactivated but amazon can't take our money if we fulfilled all our orders I think after 3 month amazon should release the payment to the seller.

" I think after 3 month amazon should release the payment to the seller."

IF they can prove authenticity that will probably happen BUT at this point they have failed to even come close to providing the needed documents.

In fact, it has the appearance that they were willing to doctor some items when they suggested this --

"So can i upload new invoice?

Means invoice date will be today or tomorrow... It will be ok? "

HOW would they get a 'new invoice' dated the same/next day when they have not done so in the preceding weeks?

Again, there is no 'get out of jail free' system on Amazon. You furnish actual proof or your account, your inventory, and, the money in the account remain locked up.

Amazon Should Change Its Payment Policy for Deactivated Seller Accounts

As a seller, my Amazon account is my only source of income. When Amazon deactivates a seller account, they often hold the funds for up to 3 months or even longer. While I understand the need for thorough investigations and policy enforcement, this extended delay in releasing payments is deeply unfair to sellers like me, who rely entirely on this income to sustain their livelihoods.

Many sellers invest heavily in inventory, advertising, and other business operations. When accounts are deactivated and payments are withheld for long periods, it leaves sellers in financial limbo, unable to recover their investments or cover essential expenses.

I believe Amazon should revise this policy. If no fraudulent activity is found, payments should be released after the initial 3-month holding period. This would ensure sellers are not left struggling due to delays in accessing funds they’ve legitimately earned.

Amazon’s seller community is vital to its success, and supporting sellers during difficult times would only strengthen this partnership. A fair and transparent approach to releasing payments for deactivated accounts would be a step in the right direction.
