How to find the seller store information by store name?
How to find the seller store information by store name? My account has been de-activated. It seems it was claimed that I am somehow related to some other account somewhere which I don't have any information about.

I saw your post/reply to me on a related thread.
Unfortunately, Amazon will only give you basic info about the related/linked account, like the date and possibly the location.
In order to get additional info use this path →Get Support> Your Account > Reinstate your account > Enter your question in the 'Please describe your issue' field and enter your contact information.

If you can share the name of the other Account, I will try to see if I can find any info on it.

Sorry, I could not find any info on that Account name.
The only thing I can think of is going through Get Support and asking them for any additional info they can provide besides the name.
Many times these are caused by sharing the same VA or, in some cases, a supplier; if you can identify, you can appeal, but without correctly identifying where or how the link happened, the chances of being reinstated are very slim.
If you are able to identify the link, then come back to the forum to get help with your appeal.

Hi @HDSAI_072,
Troy from Amazon here to assist with your questions.
On the day the account was deactivated, you would have received a performance notification advising of the deactivation. Within this notification, we would have provided the name of the account to which you are related.
In this scenario, we have found shared information between you and the account to which you are linked. This does not mean that you necessarily own the other account, but rather there is a link between the two of them. The other account has been deactivated, and due to the shared information between the two accounts, your account has also been deactivated.
You will need to submit an plan of action showing what and how the information was shared between the two accounts. Within the plan of action you will want to show the points of contact between the two accounts (the shared information), how this contact took place, and how the contact be avoided in the future.
Please continue reaching out to the community for further assistance.
Regards,
Troy
