Hi,

I am sorry to hear you wish to close your account. You can always choose to temporarily suspend your listings instead of permanently closing your seller account. You can also downgrade your account to prevent any further subscription fees if you are registered to a professional subscription.

If you do choose to close your account it cannot be reactivated and you will not have any access to any information once the closure is processed.

If you still wish to close your account you need to review these steps:

  1. Fulfil any outstanding orders.
  2. Wait for 90 days after your last sale to ensure that the A-to-Z Guarantee claims period is honoured.
  3. Wait until you have a zero balance in your account (your next disbursement or charge date).
  4. Resolve all of your transactions with buyers, including issuing any necessary refunds.
  5. Confirm that you have valid bank account information on file to receive a final payment.
  6. Check your Performance Notifications to make sure that all the reasons for your account's suspension have been resolved and your account has been restored.

The following help page has more information and a self-service section to request closure of your account: Close your seller account.

Thank you,

Jessica

Bro if you want to delete it then best is that you close your listings and let the account be just so you can use it in future if you want. Because they won't be concerened with one seller leaving the market place but you certainly will regret if you want to sell again on amazon in future. Also, I understand you have put such a statement out of frustration due to either low sales or bad seller support or high ACOS but honestly it doesn't matter to the market place. They won't even care to retain you sir. So please think wisely and make an informed decision.
