chargeback refund without return

The order was purchased on Jun 11, 2022, customer did not return any box to me.

But through opening several chargebacks, the bank full refund directly this week....

When the customer goes about seeking a return this way, it is between them and their payment source so a returned item is not typical nor is it required. Amazon will help appeal a chargeback on your behalf, but the decision is ultimately up to the bank or credit card company.

The same thing just happened to me, I win the first chargeback, the second, no notification, the two of the shows that I'm not responsible for the chargeback them months later suddenly I'm responsible and amazon charged me. HOWEVER I discover amozon it's the reason for that, they sent me by mistake the email they send to the customer that make a re-dispute an literaly tell them "To correct this problem, we have asked your card issuer to close the dispute in your favor." This is the representation amazon is giving to the seller and there's no way to appeal it. The customer get the Item free and a full refund. This is fraud!
