Problems with Brand Approval
Hey Sellers!
I need help regarding a problem with my brand approval (not registry). I applied for brand approval about a week ago and got denied. I then reached out asking amazon seller support what I needed to do to get my brand approved. I then got an email saying that it was in fact approved. (Weird)
Fast forward two days later I try to list my brand and I get error code 5665 saying that I need to apply for brand approval. So I reach out again and seller support emails me saying that the investigator approved brand name "Hudson & Eloise".
I try to list my product AGAIN, same error code 5665, I reach out again. Seller support emails me saying that they are going to investigate. Couple of hours later I get another email saying that "Investigator approved the brand name, "Hudson & Eloise"
Yeah well I tried to list my product AGAIN, and still get error code 5665.
I'm so confused...has anyone else ever run into this problem? I even waited hours/days in between trying to list my product but still can't.
