Why does amazon refund expedited shipping?
Can anyone explain how it's fair that if a customer returns an order with expedited shipping they get refunded for shipping?
We've paid for the shipping at the customers request, why on earth would it be refunded when we've paid extra for shipping?
Also amazon charging a commission on shipping is the most outrageous thing ever, but then refunding the shipping cost is just even more insane. Who comes up with these ridiculous policies.
Can someone help me understand how this isn't criminal?

Hi @Seller_FrgVhAVbMlW3g, I see another post about this and the seller was able to get a refund on that shipping cost. Have you spoken to Seller Support at all?
