regional discoverability program

Hi,

I have a concern since long

(An ASIN may only be returned for customers who browse with a shipping location if the ASIN is configured to ship to that location.)My listing in the initial month was visible in all states, But now is restrained only to bangalore. I have spent a lot on ads and now its only visible in one state. Other brand products are visible in all states. Which seems unfair.

Why is it configured for my brand to only be searchable in specific states. Noor pls look into this. Please reach out to your back end core team and ask for assiatance. And im also requesting a call back.

Request you to change search pincode to 700003 and try running the link.

For your listing's limited visibility issue, the restriction is likely due to your shipping settings. To make your products visible in different regions:

  • Go to Settings > Shipping Settings > Shipping Template
  • Update your template to include all serviceable pin codes
  • Ensure your shipping rates are properly configured for all regions

If your settings are correct but the issue persists, please contact Seller Support for further assistance.
