We are trying to sell our Spirits on Amazon but do not have a premises licence so we dont do any self fulfillment at the moment and only plan to sell on Amazon via FBA.

My application to sell in the gl_wines category keeps being denied with the same auto response for not having a premises license despite not needing one in this instance. I have explained this to support on a chat and they where totally unhelpful and I have emailed on my case multiple times with the same auto response and the case being closed straight after.

If anyone has any tips to get past this and actually have a human at Amazon Seller Support read my messages and allow us to do FBA but not self fulfillment it would be a huge help.
