No response Two-Step Verification Account Recovery
I am a seller. I am having an issue with two-step verification account recovery. Since our mobile phone is lost, we need to apply to reset the two-step verification recovery.
I have reached out to Amazon in an attempt to reset two-step verification, again with no response. I have submitted the necessary government documentation and have gone through the necessary steps.Amazon states I will receive a response within 24-48 hours but they never give me any kind of correspondence.
I have been trying this for weeks, I have submitted it multiple times with no response. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
