Amaon courier picked up by amazon ATS (through Blue dart) But Picked up status not updated in seller central dueto this all my 11 orders got cancelled.

I got 11 orders of Gld coins on last sunday .I gt pikupslot on 23rd oct Courier teamcame late around 6 o clock and they picke all 11 orders and not updated in celler central.After 2 days parcel pickup it is not updated as pickedup . due to thi all my ordres got canceled.an our account is at risk of deactivation. I am unable to track the staus of my products.

Generally when ATS uses third party courier they pickup on their own and hand over the product to the third party and movement of the package happens as AWB mentioned in Amazon Label. If ATS scanned it when picking up , the update should be immediate.

You should immediately contact Seller Support and provide the order numbers and AWB details and relate the problem.
