Requesting Seller Support Calls
Hi all,
I noticed that requesting help from seller support has been changed recently, and I cannot find a way to request a call anymore. I find that speaking to someone on the phone will move me in the right direction to solving issues. Does anyone know if we can still request calls instead of only emailing seller support when we have issues?

I think you have to open a case with the issue. I did one today, and there was the choice of email or phone to click on, once I got to the end. Though I have seen posts here that the phone call one was not clickable.
