return quality check program

hello sellers,

I have been receiving damages and open returns for some time now.

I spoke to the hub and they told me that Amazon quality checks all returns, be it courier or customer returns.

please tell me and support me for against amazon return quality check program.

Please tell me whether your returns are also open and damage received in the quality check program.. If so, what do you do?

We deal in home decor & furniture and approx. 20% customer returns received are wrong products or totally damaged product. In a recent case the customer was sent a set of 2 chairs and a table weighing approx 18 Kg and the customer returned stating wrong product received and sent back around 250 gm scrap newspaper. A customer ordered metal photo frame and claimed damaged received. returned old toy, replacement sent and said wrong product sent back a damaged belt, Amazon does support but its the customer not the sellers. They claim something and do something else

Amazon does not care if 10%-20%customers are committing frauds, as overall they end up making money. Even for such fraud orders Amazon gets its courier fees so why would they care.
