Yes, that is correct.

Have suffocation warning on the poly bag (pre-printed, or attach a sticker/label).

Poly bag does not need a country of origin label.

i have few other sample questions that related and i don't want to start new thread because of that:

1. Do I need air-hole perforations on the poly bag, and if so, how many?

2. Is it necessary to include odorless silica gel in the bag? ( soft lunch bag )

3. Do I need to label the poly bag with "country of origin" if it's already on the FNSKU label?

We do not have air holes in our poly bags.

We do not put silica gel in the bags -- but we are packaging retail packaged food products, so that's not a normal way to package food.

The product itself should have the country of origin on it. Don't rely on the FNSKU label to be the only place that information is noted.

Thank you for your response. Just to clarify, my product already have a country of origin label affixed. However, I was referring to the FNSKU label on the poly bag, which includes the country of origin. Is it necessary to additionally print the country of origin on the poly bag?

Amazon support said I don't need to label the poly bag with the country of origin.

and about the air holes they said that if my poly bag has a suffocation warning, I don't need air holes. So, I just want to confirm if these statements are true.

Hello @Seller_hyHACrZWExY6p,

@Seller_z3XfkorVSmnEY has provided you with some great information. You do not need to add any extra labels to the poly bag other than a suffocation warning and the FNSKU sticker. The bag does not need additional holes in it either, it is fine as long as it has the proper warning labels.

Hey, I have another related question about labeling. Do I need to include details about the factory, like their contract number, on the fiber and care label? I've already put my brand name on the label. Since I'm the one importing the product to the US, is it necessary to include the factory's information?
