We are having the same issue. 2 orders under A to Z claims that were reversed, and the funds never provided. We have submitted numerous requests and no change. We would like assistance as one is over 6 months old and another is 2 weeks old. Informed the funds would be transmitted within 3 to 5 days. No results.
We would be penalized if we did not process funds per Amazon policies.
