Amazon-Partnered Carrier is unavailable go grey and unable to select. Happened two times already.

Case ID: 16475467861 (previous shipment).
This is the third time happening and it is very costly to relabel all cartons and re-palletize again.
Why this keeps happening? Seller Support did not know how to resolve this issue.

I took a further look into your cases and see that Seller Support had informed you that the reason you are not able to select partnered carrier is because your shipment did not meet the minimum weight of 150lb.
Now, if you believe this is an error, please let me know!
