Premium A+ Content Access

Hello, I have more than 5 (7 to be exact) approved A+ content submissions and

I have 3 ASIN only and they all have Brand Story, which means I have met all the criteria. but I don't have access to the Premium A+ content,

According to the policy, it should be granted every Friday. Yesterday was Friday, but it's not showing up. Could someone please help me with the premium A+ content access

Seller support is not helpful.
