After conversation I got notification "As discussed, I understand you needed assistance with account reactivation. I am glad I was able to help you. My product is not a "prescription only medication" in US so my account should not be deactivated, only listing if there is some problem with title or bullet points.
I have followed up on the situation, our review teams had confirmed the account had been reinstated. After the reactivation was processed did you receive a notification confirming their steps or actions? We have very limited visibility into the account itself so I cannot confirm what you see.
