No Featured Offer Available on Listing

No featured offer showing for our ASINs, Account health is perfect, no performance notifications. Recently got verified for UK VoEC.

Our ASIN B09HXC3NL8, which does 3500+ GBP sales a day has currently no buy box and the BSR dropped from 9 in the DIY & Tools Main Category to 50 since no sales.

Seller support says as usual that the algorithm decides what happens. What are we supposed to do? wait until we hit 10000 BSR?

Going through the exact same thing, overnight most of my private label listings lost the buy box overnight - been trying to figure out why and how to solve since!

I’ve seen on your listing that a couple of variations are back! Woop! Is there anything you did or is this just a patience and fingers crossed game haha?!

Same mate, for the last three days lost my box box and pretty much all my sales on my private label. So frustrating. I have contacted the seller support, the answer is that the box is awarded automatically by a system. Nothing they can do.

I have had the exact same. Lost featured offer on every listing since Wednesday. Gone from 15 sales a day to 0. Amazon have offered no help and told me my account health is perfect.

I don't know what we as sellers are supposed to do in this case.

Hello everyone! I made a recent comment on here that I was experiencing the same thing! And I managed to fix it..for now!

I empathise with all other sellers that experience this so ill tell you what I did to fix it (can't guarantee anything but these are the steps I took).

I opened a live chat support with amazon support, mentioned what's happened (specified every ASIN, mention it doesn't make logical sense as they meet all criteria they mention (I responded to each of the automated reasons why not may not reach the buy box) and then requested for these to be manually investigated by someone and to be passed on to the relevant team to check (turned out to be the "pricing team"). They then gave me a "We've passed this on and will get back to the shortly" message. (just keep pushing for manual check and pass to relevant team)

Later I received an email saying it's being looked into, then maybe 1-2 business days later I woke to a "We've looked into this and decided they are eligible for the buy box". One of the greatest morning messages to receive haha!

Hope this proves to be of some help, again no promises but these are the steps I took and it got fixed! There's still hope left fellow sellers!

Anybody else seeing a resolution to this problem? We are eligible again at 20:56 yesterday evening (24th April)

None of our listings have been eligible to be the featured offer since April 15th using the tool at the bottom of this page...
