Converting from FBM/MFN to FBA - Two Key Questions
Hi. I am about to convert my products from FBM to FBA, and would appreciate any suggestions from anyone who have done it, so that my conversion will go smoothly. I have read up on the instructions and my outstanding issues surround two points:
1) Will I lose reviews/ratings when I convert ASINs from FBM to FBA? Based on my conversations with Amazon Support, I will be able to keep the prior reviews/ratings intact when transferring over to FBA. I will not need to create new ASINs and I can keep the same ASINs there (with the assoiciated ratings). Does anyone have any experience there? Can you keep your ratings and reviews when you convert to FBA? Ratings are key!
2) I am the producer of my own branded products. So when I listed the ASINs originally, under the FBM model, I did not have to affix any labels (UPC, etc) on my products. Now, I know I need to affix labels on my shoes (boxed) for FBA, and I know I need to print/affix these labels on the individual boxes. But one question I am not clear on. What about the outer cartons? Do I need to affix any sort of identification labels on the outer cartons?

Hello, FBM can be directly converted to FBA in the background, generally star rating will be retained, as for the shipment, you need to paste the FBA label on the goods (after the conversion to FBA, you can print the commodity label), after the packaging is complete, you need to create the shipment generated by the outer packing list to paste on the packing box
