Hello, I sell Samsung brand products on Amazon.com. I believe I always adhere to Amazon principles and policies when serving my customers. However, Amazon sent me an email on October 31, 2023 stating that I would no longer be allowed to sell the Samsung brand. Amazon closed my listings on November 1, 2023. Amazon did not give any reason. Hundreds of my Samsung branded products are currently in Logistics Centers. This decision put my company in serious financial trouble as we had invested significant capital. holiday season. We have a Certificate of Authorization to sell Samsung distributor's products. Amazon changes their rules and policies all the time and this same type of situation has happened to MANY sellers across various brands and categories in recent months.
Contact your sales rep at Samsung to see if they have provided a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and YOU are NOT on the list. Also ask if THEY have an 'exclusive' agreement now with Amazon.
In addition, have you verified with the BRAND that your distributor IS an authorized wholesale distributor for ALL of their products. Some wholesalers are only allowed to distribute portions of a product line.

I agree with NEVERLAST. You need to take this up with Samsung first, then apply to sell again with Amazon once Samsung gives you the go ahead.
