it looks like you uploaded an empty spreadsheet (0 of 0 Records submitted), so I don't think you have anything to worry about.

However, once you upload a spreadsheet, you can't delete the data by simply 'deleting' the upload...you would have to upload a new spreadsheet to undo whatever it is you want to undo.
