I am selling clothing and accessories in amazon.
I have clearly mentioned the sizes of product in the description page.
But the customers are rejecting the product saying the size is so small.
It is a fault of customer for no noticing the details.
How will the seller be responsible for that?

Update the size chart and /or confirm the relevant size details take control of your listings and your sales!

That is not your fault but buyer hold amazon policy with A TO Z Guarantee that mean they can just say return and amazon will pick it up asap and return it too you so selling online you have to accept all these excuse as well even if they return it by other problem.

All of seller facing these problems Amazon Should provide some responsible solution about these Issue.at least provide shipping charges which have seller already paid for ship the order.

Customer account health performance rating is a must.
No dialogue or relationship could be one-sided. If sellers are being rated/ penalized, something similar should be done to the repeat offenders among the customers too.
