Cannot receive a call from support

Whenever I try to receive a phone call from support for a case I always get this error.

Dialing your number...

Oops! We are having trouble updating the status of your call.

The call never goes through. I have tried different phone numbers, changed phone settings to allow all calls and tried different browsers. Also tried clearing the cache and cookies. Nothing has worked.
