The exact same day our listing was shut down due to an alleged trademark infringement, we edited our listing and resubmitted. Doing this over and over again after being instructed to do so, and appealing with documentation AND receiving two letters that we are now in compliance... after speaking with no less than 16 agents on the phone...Amazon continues to prevent our listing from be re-activated.

If you are not Amazon's preferred big brand, you have no help, no chance. Sold on Amazon for 5 years and suddenly shut down and our inventory will be destroyed. I simply don't expect a resolution, simply venting as I follow the forum quite frequently and am continually reinforced this platform does not care.
