I have successfully logged into my Seller Central account using Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) with Google Authenticator. However, when I proceed to the identity re-verification page required by the INFORM Consumers Act, I encounter difficulties receiving the SMS OTP (one-time password) code necessary to complete the verification process. This issue persists despite my phone number being verified and functional for other purposes.
I've tried troubleshooting steps such as ensuring correct phone number registration, clearing browser cache and cookies, and attempting verification on different browsers and devices, but the problem persists solely on the re-verification page.
