No Pickup, No Hope, No Support
I have been selling on Amazon for more than 3+ years now. From this year Jan 2023 i noticed the pickup under Easy Shipping were not done many times and now in May 2023 from the past 3 months there is no pickup happening (Not a single Pickup under Easy Shipping). I have complained multiple times to amazon support and for every cancelled order i fill the form and have to claim the cancellation fee reimbursement.
There is just nothing being done, I am raising ticket after ticket. Sale is 0 from the last 100 days. There is no response to what Amazon is planning to do or is taking action on the shipping provider. I have no clue neither the Amazon support . They just keep forwarding the complaints to some imaginary backend team.
From what i can find there is no escalation matrix, If there is one can someone point me out. As i am clueless now what to do.
Why cant Amazon give me straight answer they will not do any pickup, All these cancelled orders are ruining the customer experience. At least care about your buyers if you do not care about us sellers. No accountability on Amazon just keep pushing all blame on sellers. If order is not picked and cancelled blame seller, Send seller a threatening mail that we will charge you for not shipping order, Victimize the Seller in every case

Opt for self-ship or FBA temporarily until this is resolved would be a solution to have some sales at least from Amazon
