Amazon declining my safet claim as i exceeded the use of it but doesnt botther checking what customer is returning

Yesterday, i received a return package which didn't look like how i usually pack, so i shot a video as a safer side, i had sold a brass handi which was of ₹4499, and i received a 1.25 Ltr bottle of thumps up, I have attached images of it too, so i filled a safet claim and guess what amazon declined it in an instant saying you have exceeded your limit of filling a safet claim, all my claims so far have been genuine, they of course do check and than accept it, this is a very expensive item and they are a customer centric platform i am aware of, as a small seller as of now, they will just treat us as if it doesn't matter we stay of don't, i don't care if you feel so, but at least check the claims that have been uploaded before denying them, customer take the benefits of such policies and have a laugh at it. The ones to suffer is us. Please Look in to it, the order id is 403-7618563-3676305, if any senior team member from amazon can help me with it, please do so, its my kind request to look into it. Thank you.

I have also received different items. After filing Safe-T claim the support reject it by saying it is false claim you have shared old images. How can i provide old images when the label showing in the images has all the information. Plus i have found that most of this miss management has been happening at local amazon facility.

After reading your post, Im so very concerned about us as a Seller. This is really shocking and trust me Indian customer is not worth serving. There is so much fraud on ecommerce portals with sellers. And no one is there to listen to the sellers, only customer is though to be the almighty. We should slowly stop selling on these portals, thats the only solution I think is.
