What are the dimensions of your product? Please note that standard-size ASINs are products that are 18 inches long x 14 inches wide x 8 inches high or smaller, and that weigh 20 lb or less. For more information on this policy, please refer to this help page.

If your product does in fact fit within that measurement yet you are still encountering this error message, please send me your case IDs so I can take a further look into what may be going on here!
