Video Call Verification

my issues is video verification call i will try to attempt and 3 time submitted call form but still not received any call from amazon if complain in case log they again send me form link and again submitted and selected agin and again

I understand you are having an issue with the video call verification.

In most cases, when setting up the video call, you are given three time slots that Amazon may use to conduct the call. Once you submit this time slots showing your availability, you will then be sent a performance notification 48 hours prior to the call taking place.

- Did you see a technical error when setting up the call?

- Were you able to successfully set up a call, but all three selected dates have since passed?
