In most cases, when setting up the video call, you are given three time slots that Amazon may use to conduct the call. Once you submit this time slots showing your availability, you will then be sent a performance notification 48 hours prior to the call taking place.

- Have you been required to set the video call up multiple times?
- Did you see a technical error when setting up the call?
- Were you able to successfully set up a call, but all three selected dates have since passed?
