May I ask what is Order retrocharge? I saw 4 pop up, all says $0.00, but all pointing to the same Order ID, looks weird and confusing. What does it mean and what it affects?

To my knowledge, an retrocharge occurs when a buyer was initially granted a refund, but then ultimately re-charged (eg, the order shows up). Hope this helps answer your question, let me know if you have any other thoughts.
